In this week’s VLOG, I’m getting back to some fitness tips.  I’ve been all over the country, living in different cities and I have tried many different workouts.  I was thrilled when Sculpthouse opened up in Nashville this summer because it combines the best of both cardio and sculpt worlds.

Owner Anne Marie is so knowledgable and helpful.  She has a background in athletics, spending time as a Tennessee Titans Cheerleader, so she knows how to get the body in peak shape.  In this video, she gives you the low down to this Lagree Fitness Method, mixed with work on the tread!

I’m usually getting in for a Sculpthouse workout 2-3 times a week, mixing it with my other fitness routines.  I’ve noticed more definition in my legs and especially my abs!  I recommend to anyone who is interested in trying something new and fun!  Go check out their website at sculpthouse.com
